Britney Spears WTF?

I`m absolutely at a loss. Really, when it comes to fashion, we`ve learned not to expect much from Britney Spears lately. But this is even beyond bad taste.
Stained shirt, torn stockings, no skirt or slacks…really, why would anyone think it`s ok to leave the house like this. She`s toying with us, I know she is.
